Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For security reasons, we aren’t able to redirect your shipment to a different delivery address. Once your shipment is processed, nothing can be amended. But fret not, if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted, the DHL carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can have your parcel picked up yourself.
When will my order be processed?
We take 1-3 working days to process your order. Once it is ready for DHL pickup, you will be notified via an email from DHL that will include the tracking number of your shipment.
Please be advised that orders placed on Friday and on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
International delivery takes about 3-7working days for most countries and may take a little longer depending on weather conditions as well as custom delays.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses.
Warped will not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues and other circumstances beyond our control.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Economy. A tracking number wil be provided.
Local (Singapore) orders will be shipped via Singpost or our local courier. When it is ready for pickup, we wil email you to advise on a preferred date and time for delivery. Should our courier be unavailable, your order will be shipped via Singpost registered mail.
Orders from Russia
Please be advised that due to restrictions, shipping carriers like Fedex and DHL are not able to ship to Russia. As such, we regret that we can't take any orders from Russia.

Shipping charges is based on weight as well as the destination country. To calculate shipping cost, simply use our shipping calculator at our Shopping Cart and enter your destination.
All shipments outsude of Singapore may be subject to import duties,which is the responsibility of the customer. Taxes vary with different countries and is completely beyond our control; neither can we estimate what the cost would be. W e suggest you check with your local customs office before you make your purchase so you won’t be surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We will not refund any shipping charges if your order cannot be cleared and is returned to us by the customs. We will not bear any additional costs incurred related to the return of that package.
