Shopping online


  • We hope to process orders immediately however, in reality, this may not be possible as time is needed to look for, pack and arrange your shipment for delivery. As such, please allow 1-3 working days for your orders to be processed.
  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy of our inventory, there may be times that our products may be out of stock even if you've successfully completed your order. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
  • Please be advised that orders placed on Friday and on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.



  • All our products are in USD by default. However, you may choose to shop in Euro,Pounds or Singapore Dollars. To do this, simply use the currency converter found at the top left .
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.


Change/Cancel my order

  • We try to process your order as quickly as we can, as such cancellations are not possible once your order is confirmed. This includes changing of the delivery address as well.
  • Therefore, before you make your payment, please do a quick check to ensure that everything is right.


The status of my order says ‘Processing’. What does this mean?

  • This means that your order is in the early stages of preparation before it is picked up by DHL or,  in the case of a local order, by our local courier.

Refund policy

  • We regret that for now, we do not accept returns but be rest assured that we will look into this in the near future. As such, we urge you to please be sure of the product before you make your final purchase. For your reference, here is a size chart with which you can do a  size conversion.



  • Warped accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.  Please see below for additional payment information:
  1. In order for us to accept your payment, your billing and credit card addresses MUST match. We will not process the order otherwise.
  2. Warped is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors on the customers’ part.
  3. For Paypal users, we will ship only to verified Paypal addresses.
  4. There may be times when we need to verify your payment with your card issuing bank. Should this need arise, we seek your understanding to give us some time while we have it checked and verified.
